Yes. Our group tours are led by Mandarin-speaking guides, and some tours can also offer Cantonese or English service (please ask when booking), so seniors and families can travel with ease.

線上報名時可先繳付團費 5% 的訂金以保留名額（於購物車結帳時選擇），其餘尾款依各行程「團費說明」所列期限付清。郵輪、專列及特別行程的付款規定依各行程說明為準。
When booking online you can hold your seat with a 5% deposit (chosen at checkout), with the balance due by the deadline shown in each tour’s price notes. Cruises, rail tours and special departures follow the payment terms shown on their tour pages.
網站接受信用卡／簽帳卡（Visa、MasterCard、American Express 等）、Apple Pay、Google Pay、微信支付與支付寶線上付款；亦可選擇銀行轉帳（下單後以電郵通知匯款資料）、支票或親臨辦公室付款。
Our website accepts credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.), Apple Pay, Google Pay, WeChat Pay and Alipay online. You can also pay by bank transfer (details are emailed after you order), by check, or in person at our office.

Cancellation fees depend on how close to departure you cancel — the closer to the date, the higher the fee. See section 3 of our Terms of Service (Cancellation and Refund Policy) and the price notes on each tour page, or call us for details.

We strongly recommend it. Travel insurance covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies and lost baggage — especially important for seniors and international trips. We can help you choose a suitable plan.

Tour prices generally include listed hotels, ground transport, guide service, listed meals and admissions. Airfare, gratuities, personal expenses and optional activities are usually not included. See each tour's price notes for details.
是的，單人參團需補單人房差，金額依各行程而定。如您希望與同性團友拼房，可在報名時告知，我們將盡量安排。
Yes, solo travelers pay a single supplement, which varies by tour. If you'd like to share a room with a same-gender traveler, let us know when booking and we'll try to arrange it.
美國出發行程一般於洛杉磯指定地點或機場集合；加拿大行程多由溫哥華指定酒店或機場接送。確切集合時間與地點會在出發前通知您。
US departures usually meet at designated Los Angeles locations or the airport; Canadian tours usually pick up from designated Vancouver hotels or the airport. Exact times and locations are confirmed before departure.

Yes. We offer discounted international and North American airfare, either together with a tour or on its own.

Yes. We book major cruise lines such as Princess and MSC, including group cruises escorted by a Chinese-speaking tour leader. See the Cruise category on our website.
旅客須自行確認護照效期（一般須有6個月以上）及目的地簽證規定。部分國家的簽證，我們可提供申請資料與協助。
Travelers are responsible for checking passport validity (usually 6+ months) and visa requirements. For some destinations we can provide guidance and help with the application.
